1. Tunde A.Ogundana – A graduate of Computer Science with experience spanning over 20years. An analytical thinking and performance driven System Administrator. He has handle projects in Telecom industry in the last five 5 years which includes complete site refurbishment, Shelter refurbishment, Site civil works and remediation with ATC Nigeria in various state across Nigeria.
Tunde joined Inet Global Services Limited, Kaduna as System/Server Administrator and rose to Network Manager from 1999-2005 before joining Legacy Computer Institute as Technical manager from 2005-2008. He focuses on Server administration, VSAT, Wireless, Mikrotik Networking system integration.
He founded Microlades Technologies Limited in 1st of February, 2008. He has Demonstrated commitment to leadership/teamwork through positive contributions in boosting employee morale and improving company-wide productivity. He is the CEO of the company.

2. Magaji Ibrahim – A graduate of with over 7 years in computer/Networking/Telecoms has exposed him to different platform and technologies. Magaji is the Operation manager of the Company. He oversees all the company operations and report to the CEO.

3. Usman Umar is a graduate of Computer science with experience of over 10 years. He is a season Network Engineer wh has worked with most mid-ranged and high level routing and switching devices includes Cisco and mikrotik routers, Cisco 1900 and 4500 switches using the Cisco Architecture for Voice, Video and data integrated Data, Fiber optic testing and installation. He focuses on network integration, VSAT installation, Fibre optic Installation and oversees the Network operations of the organisation.

4 Peter Oyewole – A graduate of Electrical Electronics Engineering, with over 6 years experience in Data analysis, Java and PHP scripts. He specialises in the web design and database development for the organization. He also supervises the company projects on electrical and renewable energy (Inverter and Solar system) department. Work closely and effectively with all levels of management to satisfy project/productivity requirements.

5. Segun Kareem Razaq – A graduate of Mechanical Engineering with flair for IT security and Telecoms. He is a team player making significant contribution to team and individual success and has worked in site refurbishment and engineering in all the northern states of Nigeria. He travels widely for site operations. Segun has proven abilities in organizing management workflow and utilizing a proactive approach to problem solving. Very focus and articulate young man. He is in charge of Field/Telecoms Operation
